The gardens were lovely, and staff were welcoming. The location was convenient, close to shopping malls and entertainment. The mini-bar in the room was a nice touch with a variety of options.

The room was a bit disappointing. The furniture was old and falling apart, and the bedding was worn out.

It was also very close to a lovely shopping mall where we could shop and dine. the hotel staff was friendly and welcomed us upon arrival.

The state of the room and bathroom were subpar, and the service left a lot to be desired. We didn't receive a warm welcome, and the room wasn't cleaned to a good standard.

So, we recently experienced an amazing city trip. the first thing we must highlight is that the staff were outstandingly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. They offered us two complementary drinks on arrival which was a nice touch. the hotel's location was amazing, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all tourist destinations. We also appreciated the fact that the room was cleaned daily.

There were some areas that need improvement. We did not enjoy the breakfast, as all of the options were high in sugar and not fresh.
